On July 24th, 2010, the UN in Japan has honored the popular Korean singing group, Big Bang, with the Global Unity award at the Asia-Pacific Global Tolerance with Music 2010 at Osaka Universal Studios Japan. The festival wanted to support the idea of promoting generosity and peace through music.
