Known as one of the best fighting video game series ever to exist, Capcom’s Street Fighter is no stranger to cross-branding. Recently teaming up with Kidrobot to release a set of mini-figures, the Japanese company has just announced their plans to collaborate with Sanrio’s cute and iconic character, Hello Kitty.
Looking at the picture above, you can already guess what the two companies have in store for consumers. Described as “a broad range of merchandise featuring Hello Kitty dressed in the distinct costumes”, the director of Capcom’s Licensing, Joshua Izzo said, “The combination of Street Fighter and Hello Kitty will offer fans a whole new way to experience our characters.”
Although nothing else aside from a Hello Kitty dressed in a Chun-Li outfit has been shown, fans and collectors can expect to see these products hitting the shelves in the fall of 2012.
